Christmas!!  Yay!!  Just in time for December to arrive :)

They are thankful...

Sunday, November 25, 2012
I can't save all their artwork, I can't save a small fraction of their artwork, they make TOO MUCH artwork!  But, everything they do is so cute, when I have the energy I take pictures of it to save the memory.  Here are some of their Thanksgiving week creations, done at home on their own doing.

Brooke's turkey:

Sydney's turkey:

Their thankful lists:

And finally, Brooke's school thankful booklet...gotta love Syra being her favorite person, over any of the family ;)

Happy (belated) Thanksgiving!

The final day of soccer - Brooke

Sunday, November 18, 2012
Yesterday was our last day of soccer for this year.  I can't believe how fast the season went by!  I figured I better bring my camera to capture just a few more pics, so here is Brooke in action, and her team with their precious trophies.

A Kindergarten Feast

Friday, November 16, 2012
Yum!  Brooke's class went all out with their Thanksgiving feast on Thursday.  They had Pilgrim costumes, complete with vests, head pieces, and necklaces.  They also made their own placemats.  They were busy!

Miss B read a nice Thanksgiving story to all of the Pilgrims...

They posed for some fun pictures...

And then they got to dig in to the feast!  Yum!

The Wall

Lots of Sydney action shots to share today!  In the last few weeks she has taken a sudden interest in being goalie for her soccer team, and we've discovered she's very good at it!  She played the first half in our first playoff game she is ready and watching:

Grabbing the ball...

Running back out...

And punting!

She can punt far!

So, she held the other team to zero goals, and she got to play on the field a bit for the second half...

She did great in the field too, but game two, she went back into the goal...she played so well they kept her there the entire game.  Go Syd!  Another goal-less game for the other team :)

So, her team heads to the championships next weekend in first place.  Go Candy Cane Crushers!!

Today in Kindergarten world it as pink day!  It wasn't just an ordinary pink day though, it was a contest to see who could wear the MOST pink.  Brooke was very into it.  We painted pink fingernails this morning, we spray painted pink hair, and then to top it all off, we tattooed pink!

We thought for sure she'd win the pink prize, but her buddy Saige had a huge pink wig, pink hat, pink purse, everything pink.  Brooke says if we would've done her entire hair pink she would've won, for sure...
