She is so proud!

Sydney's first spelling test was yesterday. We worked very hard practicing all week, so we were all SO excited to find out she got 100%!!

GO SYDNEY!!

She needs a belt!

Poor Brooke had pants issues today, they drove her nuts. I love these cute little Gap jeans, but I'm afraid they're going to be too short for her before they fit enough to stay on her booty. She was running along with one hand on her pants all day long, and her mean Mommy didn't change them. We did put a belt on before we went out for the night, but even the belt was too big. It's a sad situation.

I do though, love this shot of her "whooola hooping". She tries so hard to keep up with her big sis, and she does a pretty darn good job. I think she's going to have the hula hoop down in no time!

Sweetness

Sydney is working on decorating her 2nd grade journal this weekend, and when I asked her what she wanted to decorate it with she said a picture of herself with brand new Brooke. So, we looked through the photos together and she chose this one. I just love it :).

My Star Student

Sydney is so proud, she has received a star student slip every day of school so far. In order to get these slips you have to have a perfect day at school...even just one warning will move you down one level to a yellow slip. She gets to put her name on the slips and turn them in for the potential to win a prize. Go Sydney!

Just one quick dance photo

Today was Brooke's first day of dance class. She is doing a "tiny tot" tap/ballet class with 4 of her best buddies. She was slightly nervous this morning about this whole dance idea, so she wasn't too photogenic. Mommy did manage to sneak just one photo before we left the house. I didn't bother taking my camera to class because I wasn't quite sure if she'd even dance at all, and the last thing I wanted was an extra thing to lug around if my kid ended up whining the whole time. But, to my surprise, she did great the entire time! So, dance action shots next week, for sure :).

I am on a mission! I have a photoshoot tonight, and I want to be all caught up on my personal pictures, so I can feel organized. These bubble photos are from back in early August. I hate being that far behind. I WILL be caught up today! Yay!
