Lots of pumpkin patch pics!

Today our Girl Scout troop went to the Pinery pumpkin patch. The leader said the kids could wear costumes, but only my girls and Grace actually did. Brooke (well, maybe Mommy) was all cow-girled out, so we went for Ariel to change things up.



The adventure started with yummy gooey bright green cupcakes!



Brooke and Syra had a lot of fun checking out the goats,



and climbing and throwing hay :/



The kids thought this goat was coming to give kisses, but he was really after Sydney's antlers :)



We all got to do a corn maze. Syd took off with her friends, and Brooke and I, well, we got lost :(. Brooke was running and screaming "big kids, wait for us!", but they got completely out of the maze and we ended up going back to the beginning. So sad. I guess that's what I get for making her stop to try to get a cool picture.



After the corn maze it was time for a hay ride. Here's the whole gang, minus just one girl (and a few extra siblings, of course):



Then it was time for pumpkins! Sydney found the perfect one...



Brooke thought this one was about her right size...



But that poor little guy got dropped when she decided she was super strong enough to get this one:



We had to give the cute scarecrow a little love...

And then, change our mind just ONE more time until we find the perfect lil punkin...



He is her new best buddy, snuggled up tight in her room right next to her bed. Awww.
